Three home-page directions for your review

Same content, same story — three different ways of telling it.

Each direction takes the new logo as the starting point for the brand identity. Take your time with each one. We'll regroup once you've had a chance to live with them and tell us which feels closest to right.

How to use this

A short tour

1

Open each direction

Click any of the three cards below. Each one is a complete home page — scroll all the way to the bottom.

2

Use the bar at the top

Once you're in a direction, the dark bar lets you flip between A, B, and C without coming back here.

3

Notice your feelings

Which one feels like Sisters Walking Together? Which one would your aunties recognise?

The Three Directions

Pick what feels closest to right

Direction A

A · Paper

The logo is the entire entrance.

The home page opens on warm paper with the logo at full scale — no photographs. The most distinctive of the three, and the most committed to what the new logo says.

  • First impression: the logo on warm paper
  • Photography: none on the home page
  • Feeling: ceremonial, hand-made, intimate
Direction B

B · Land

The Pacific Northwest, warmed.

A coastal photograph opens the page, washed in warm rose. The logo sits beside the mission statement instead of on top of it. The barbed-wire image is gone for good.

  • First impression: sea stacks under a rose wash
  • Photography: coast, valley, cedars
  • Feeling: grounded, photo-led, warm
Direction C

C · Refined

Closest to today's site, refreshed.

Same shape as the current home page, but the palette comes from the new logo, the typography is gentler, and the barbed-wire image is dropped. The lowest-disruption option.

  • First impression: sea stacks under a darker overlay
  • Photography: coast, valley, cedars
  • Feeling: editorial, considered, familiar
What's the same in all three

A few things we've already changed

No matter which direction you choose, these decisions are baked in. They came out of feedback on the current site.

Already addressed

  • The phone number is in the header — easy to find from any page
  • The barbed-wire image has been removed entirely
  • The colours come directly from your new logo
  • The logo appears in the header, footer, and at scale on the home page
  • The donation form has a tax-receipt note and a $250 amount
  • "Talk to a sister" replaces "Get Support" as the warmer welcome

Still to be decided together

  • Whether to commission photography of the women themselves
  • Whether to use a hand-lettered name in place of typeset
  • The wording of the contact form (privacy, what to expect)
  • Your charity registration number for the footer
  • How the inner pages (About, Support, Donate) follow the chosen direction
When you're ready

Tell us which direction feels closest

You don't need to choose perfectly. We'll iterate from whichever one resonates most. Your aunties' instincts matter here.
